ORIGIN STORY
NorthCycle Plastics was founded in 2025 by Kellie, Lance, and Siri three Pacific Northwesterners who knew they had a front-row seat to the global plastic recycling problem. They stopped waiting and started building a solution.
To do it right, they knew they needed additional expertise. They brought on Eric Lane, a seasoned expert with deep roots in plastic recycling and a network of industry relationships that runs throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
Together, the four of them are committed to one thing: keeping plastic in the supply chain and out of the environment. NorthCycle exists because the problem is solvable and because someone must be willing to do it.

Siri brings a diverse, well-rounded background across multiple industries. Her expertise in project management, government contracting, client services, sales, and operations strengthens and enhances NorthCycle’s overall performance.
Siri Miller
A U.S. Navy veteran, Eric brings over 10 years of experience in the plastics industry. He offers deep expertise in sourcing, manufacturing and operations, along with a strong network of industry connections and established strategic partnerships that support NorthCycle’s growth.
